AMEND on line 140 after the period by inserting the following:
The fee assessed under this section shall not exceed Twenty-two Dollars ($22.00) per ton of emissions of each air pollutant for which fees can be assessed under the Title V program.
FURTHER, AMEND on line 144 by deleting "action" and inserting in lieu thereof "section"
FURTHER, AMEND on line 3 by deleting "THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM FEE" and inserting in lieu thereof "THE MAXIMUM PER TON FEE AND THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TOTAL FEE"
